SOMERVILLE, NJ – Somerville Mayor Dennis Sullivan recently joined representatives from Sterling Properties and other municipal officials to cut a ceremonial ribbon and officially open SOMA, a new 69-unit luxury rental building steps from the vibrant downtown scene in this Somerset County Borough.

The ribbon cutting event, which took place in the lobby of the four-story building, occurs less than a month after the developers opened the doors for leasing. The property has quickly leased over 45% of the residences by tapping into a large pool of renters seeking a city-centric scene at a competitive price.
