LOWER NAZARETH, PA – Activity is ramping up at Sterling Estates in Lower Nazareth Township as the new collection of upscale single-family homes readies itself for the busy fall selling season.
Several residences have recently been completed at the Lehigh Valley neighborhood, filling its streetscapes with distinctive estate-style homes on well-manicured and landscaped lots, according to developer Sterling Properties. As the community transitions into an established neighborhood, buyers have taken notice. Purchasers in contract at Sterling Estates are anxious to join the transformation, resulting is several homes closed in the past few weeks alone.
“Activity builds excitement and interest and that’s exactly what’s happening at Sterling Estates,” says Nick Hollenbeck, Director of Sales and Marketing for Sterling Properties. “Our buyers are watching the community take shape and are eager to close on their home and move in as soon as possible. Our interested prospects are equally as motivated and expressing strong interest in purchasing at Sterling Estates.”
Much of the buzz at Sterling Estates centers on its inventory of “Quick Delivery” homes, which provide delivery dates shortly after contract signing and allow buyers to be residing in the community at the earliest opportunity. Some of the most popular floorplans are available with accelerated move-in dates, including an Ashton and Hanover design.

Residences range from 2,500 to 3,600 square feet and include a unique single level ranch plan that is back in high demand. Homes include upscale features such as 2½ -3½ baths, two or three-car garages luxury designer kitchens, expansive and open living spaces, first-floor nine-foot ceilings, hardwood flowing and carpeted living rooms. All residences are situated on one-plus-acre homesites.
